Terms of Use — PocketMeter Pro

These Terms of Use govern your use of PocketMeter Pro (the "App"), made by Studio C-41 ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the App Store Terms of Service.

Use of the app

• PocketMeter Pro is a photographic tool intended to assist with exposure metering. Readings are estimates for creative reference — always verify critical exposures independently for professional work.
• You are responsible for how you use content you capture, log, or record with the App, including compliance with any applicable laws (e.g. privacy or recording consent laws in your location).
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App outside of Apple's platforms.

Beta software (TestFlight)

If you're using PocketMeter Pro through TestFlight, you're testing pre-release software. Beta builds may contain bugs, may crash, and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Don't rely on beta builds for critical or professional shoots.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of exposure readings, calibration, or any other output of the App.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio C-41 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to lost footage, missed shots, or reliance on inaccurate readings.

Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
